Plus a Discounted Listing Commissions or a Low Flat Fee of $5,000.00 up to $500,000.00 and one per cent of the sale price of the property thereafter when you property sells MLS®
There is a administration charge of $100 to list and you pay the $5,000.00 or one per cent commision only if your property sells.
In addition to our listing commission, you must offer at least one dollar ($1) or a percentage to a real estate agent ( buyer’s agent), through the MLS® system to help sell your home. If no buyer’s agent helps sell your home, you do not pay this additional commission. Con/cept 100 TransCanada Realty Inc., Brokerage gets paid 1% or $5,000, whichever is greater only if your property sells.
